Bernadette and Jen

Bernadette Dezzara (born 28 February 1948 in Ozone Park Queens New York) is a famous American performer, actress and writer of children's stories. In a career that has spanned five decades she has starred in musical theatre movies and TV shows as well as performing as a solo artist and recording. She's been nominated for 7 Tony Awards and won two in addition to 8 Drama Desk Awards. Grammy Awards have been won by four Broadway cast recordings in which Peters has appeared. Peters began her acting career on stage in 1960s as an teen, then later in 1970s in television as well as film.
